PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please have prices quoted when placing your order. While every effort is made to prepare our web sites and catalog as accurately as possible, there are instances when an error may occur. Descriptive and typographical errors are subject to correction.

SHIPPING

All Shipments are Shipped FOB Marietta, GA via FEDEX Ground or UPS. All shipping is PREPAID AND ADDED TO THE INVOICE or collected at time of sale. The cost of shipping will be equal to your quoted cost at our web site. If the order was placed by fax, email, telephone, or other, the shipping cost will be calculated and added to the invoice. If the shipping is designated TBD on the website, shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All international shipments will include shipping cost, duties, taxes, and any fees association with the shipment.

TERMS

  1. Net 30 days for accounts approved for a line of credit.

  2. We do accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

  3. All initial orders will be asked to give a credit card for payment.

  4. WE DO NOT SHIP COD. (Cash on Delivery)

RETURNS

  1. Please include order number and name with all return shipments.

  2. Returns MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and packaging as determined by Flowers For Cemeteries, Inc.

  3. Special and custom orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.

  4. Items must be returned within 30 days and will incur up to a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale accounts who hold seasonal inventory for Flowers For Cemeteries, Inc. may be subject to an independent agreement.

  5. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If a call tag is requested by customer, freight charges apply.

  6. Please do not send returns to our PO Box address.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

  1. Must be reported within 15 days of receipt. (Carriers will not claim after 15 days).

  2. RECEIVED VIA FEDEX, UPS, or POST OFFICE: When merchandise is discovered damaged after opening, call Flowers For Cemeteries, Inc. immediately to report damage. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE YOURSELF. Keep original carton and all packing materials.

  3. RECEIVED VIA MOTOR FEIGHT: If delivered damaged, note damage on both the drivers copy and you copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file the claim with the carrier. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier for an inspection report within 24 hours.

  5. DO NOT REFUSE OR RETURN DAMAGED GOODS TO US. IF REFUSED, ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY.

SUBSTITUTION

  1. All products are subject to prior sales. All though we try to maintain inventory levels to fill every order, there are times we may be out of stock on a particular item. Unless otherwise requested, we will provide an item that is similar in color, style and size.

  2. If there is not a compatible item, we will contact purchaser for another selection.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Stay-In-The-Vase Design is a registered trademark.

  2. Stay-In-The-Vase Design refers to several patented flower holders.

  3. Stay-In-The-Vase Tree is a patented product.

  4. All floral designs are copyright Flowers For Cemeteries, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  5. All photographs are copyright Flowers For Cemeteries, Inc. and may not be used without written permission. Images are copyright with metadata according to the ITPC Embedded Metadata Standards. (International Press Telecommunications Council) Removal of metadata is a violation of Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
